Hello everyone! Today’s post is about some of my best baby buys! I will be sharing some of my favourite products I got for my babies.
This is my most favourite and best baby buys, which I could not live without! It gave me the sense of security and I could watch and hear my baby through! I’ve had this for 5 years and have used it for both my children. I have gifted this to my nieces and nephews and I have recommended this to soooo many people aswell, yes that’s how much I loved it. I cannot stress enough how much this helped me with my anxiety of leaving my baby. My children are now 2 and 5 years old and I STILL use it to keep an eye on them!
So you know how everyone always tells you not to hold your baby constantly cos they’ll get used to you holding them and you won’t be able to do anything? Well, I ended up doing just that, and you know it, she was used to me holding her – ALL THE TIME! I mean literally, the only time she would sleep in her basket was after her feed, but only for about 10 minutes, IF I was lucky. This baby swing was a god send! After tons of research and viewing loads of different swings, this is the one that I chose because of the practicality of it. It moves all directions AND the best thing of all it did not cost a lot! Cha – ching! After a couple of times in the swing, she soon got used to it and I was free again! Ha ha.
So I bought the cot bed so that I could later use it as a normal bed when my children were too old for the cot – or starting to climb out of it should I say. I loved how it wasn’t too bulky but yet was spacious. Also, I loved the design of the bed itself, it looked quite modern and fit in with the decor of the room. So, when I went to buy this initially I was only looking at the cot bed, but when I got to the store they had an offer on – if you buy the cot bed, you can get the matching wardrobe and changing unit for half the price! Wowzer! So it made sense for me to buy it as they were both the next thing on my list anyway. Now their bedroom has a full matching set and looks amazing!
Yep. Not bag. Backpack. For my first child I had the standard nappy changing bag. But I found it hard when going out to carry 2 different bags on my shoulders – my handbag and the nappy bag. So for my second child, I was looking online and came across the idea of a backpack. Once I found the one I liked I bought it and it easily became one of my best baby buys quite quickly. I love the practicality of it. I know, again with that word – practical. But that’s what I learnt was the best thing when buying baby products, to be practical.
So, there you have it, some of my best baby buys. I hope you can take some inspiration from my post and hope to hear about your best buys.
